Refund & Return Policy

At APTIZES SINGAPORE, we are committed to providing high-quality products. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery
  • Item is unused, in original condition and packaging
  • Return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used, damaged, or altered items (not due to defects)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (if stated)

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item received

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.


5. Return Shipping

  • For defective or incorrect items → We will bear the return shipping cost
  • For other approved returns (if any) → Customer may bear shipping cost

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank or payment provider again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank (processing time may vary)
  • If still unresolved, contact us

7. Platform Purchases (Shopee / Lazada)

If your purchase was made via:

  • Shopee
  • Lazada

Please follow the respective platform’s return and refund procedures, as their policies may apply.


8. Consumer Protection Notice

This policy is aligned with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

In Singapore, refunds are generally provided for:

  • Defective products
  • Products not as described

There is no automatic right to return goods for change of mind.
